| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you can call us with your card details. | Shipping And Handling We know that when you decide to make a purchase, whether online, in person or over the 'phone, you probably want your new purchases as soon as possible. We stock all the items we advertise and if you want something we don't advertise, we can usually get hold of it for you. MAINLAND UK DELIVERY In stock items are posted using a courier service and are usually posted on a 24hour service, so if you order before 2pm on a working day, you will usually get the item the next working day. We recommend that if you require the item for a specific date, you give a call to ensure it is given the appropriate priority. Please note that all deliveries WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE upon delivery, so you (or someone else) will need to be in at the delivery address provided by you. Occasionally, equipment does get damaged in transit and we ask that you inspect goods and sign for them accordingly (i.e. inspected and accepted, inspected and damaged or not inspected). This makes it easier for us to sort out any damage issues that there might be. OTHER UK There are additional charges for items posted to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Ireland. Sometimes this cost can be considerable, so if you are thinking about ordering an item and you reside here, please call us to check that you are happy with any additional delivery charges. OVERSEAS Many of the items we stock are heavy and easily damaged and this makes transit overseas particularly costly.
